Craig's foot taps 'constitutionally protected,' ACLU says

Who the hell cares where you are hit on? Why should it be illegal to hit on somebody in a bathroom?

Umm possibly because the majority want it that way. One of the quirks of a psuedo democracy.

Tell you what hang up a survey sheet inside your bathroom at work/

Would you like to be sexually propositioned in this bathroom yes____ No_____

tell me how it turns out.

If the ACLU does go to court with the Tapper, wouldn't it be hilarious if they assigned an absolutely flaming gay lisping lawyer to represent him?

yethss your honor, I'm responsible for the defence of the defendant, but I'm in no way responsible for the clothes this man has on....but please forgive him your honor, he is a Republican and from Idaho to boot.

Hang up a sheet anywhere and put, "Would you like to be hit on by somebody of the same sex, even at a bar?"

And see how it goes.

This is one of the most inane arguments. Your speech is limited to what because it is a head?

LMAO

I love it! Fabulous.

I'd prefer not to be hit on in the 7/11. Or at gas stations.

What are you going to do?

This is my point. Are there going to be "hit-on" zones where you are only restricted from asking that question in those specific zones. I'd prefer not to be hit on at work, but I certainly have been.

Look, when I tripped on the rug by your desk and fell into your lap, that was an accident. Are you ever going to let it go?

We are not a mere democracy. We're a liberal democracy, and we have protections for the minority. The individual should be able to act pretty much in the way he pleases as long as it doesn't really hurt them. What is the social detriment to allowing people to hit on others? I'm sure you'd change your tune if it were a UNI-sexual bathroom and girls were doing the propositioning. You're just being a damn homophobe.

I agree with the ACLU that what he was charged with was not crime.

If they had charged him with being a peeping tom then he would have no ground to stand on.

He repetedly peered into the stall where there cop was sitting and that should have been in the charges.

Nope as I stated on another thread on this subject. I do not want to be hit upon by either sex in the bathroom while giving birth to another Texican.

It's all misdemeanor.

How about while washing your hands? What makes the difference? Many women don't want to be hit on while driving, but they are. Many women don't want to be hit on at the gas station while pumping gas, but they are.

Many men, don't want some old lady grabbing their behind at the County Fair, but it happens.

Should we just make it illegal to make passes at people who don't want them? There is no real argument against this. How often have you had a pass made at you in the men's restroom? Seriously, I doubt that it has ever happened.

I'm willing to bet I am the only poster here who has been hit on in a men's room. Well, unless Tiana and Thorn also use the men's rooms in bars, but other than that, the bet holds.

I once walked in a woman's restroom. I'm so goddamn absent minded. Whenever I got in there, I looked around, and said "OH MY GOD!" Then someone replied, "This is a moment you'll always remember for the rest of your life", as I made my way briskly to the door.

I don't think that's considered a "pass", though.
