Yes Water, women do that. Usually what you do is, you wait until it's empty and one of you stands by the door and doesn't let any men in. The reason for this is that when you are out drinking, you often cannot wait on the usually long line coming out of the ladies room. There is never a line for the men's room.
when you're old enough to go to bars, you'll see. Women use the mens room all the time. There are simple, logistical reasons, which I won't bother to elaborate on.

In NYC they have "potty parity" law. Women get twice the potties of men. Was this building designed before that or something?
I know that whenever I was on band trips, and we stopped at a gas station, the line in front of the women's restroom soon grew to literally thirty people or so, while there was no line at the men's restroom.

It takes women roughly twice as a long to take a piss, Cypress. I didn't think about that. I also didn't think about a bar. I was confused, as I thought she just walked into a men's room at the gas station or something.
