Where does she think we live? What does she think we do every day? The only one sequestering/segregating are the ones crying... most of a her...(And she obviously doesn't know where I taught...;))

Remember Charlottesville, with the "fine people" marching with tiki torches and Nazi symbols and uniforms? They were chanting "Jews will not replace us." That's what they are afraid of.

It's kind of ironic, all the whining from the Reichwing for the last some years about "liberal snowflakes" and how "they need their safe spaces," now THEY are the ones whimpering because learning about the not-so-great parts of America's history hurts their widdle feelz.

CRT states that racism is not just an individual thing but is embedded in our legal system and policies. A big part of that is housing. We're all familiar with historical redlining and discriminatory housing policy. Yet you and I have had discussions and you've defended single family zoning and those fighting to increase density in urban areas. Single family zoning is a perfect example of what CRT is about. In theory it's a race neutral policy yet the effect is to keep largely white and well to do communities from having more diversity. But you've defended it. So you're telling people to have block parties to meet people of other races while supporting policies that make neighborhoods less diverse.

The 80's and 90's crime bill are referenced as examples of systemic racism. I've seen people argue we need to teach CRT in school so we don't elect people like Trump and DeSantis. Yet we just elected President a person who had arguably the largest role in writing that legislation. You often say 'be woke, vote Democratic' yet what's woke about that?

The "Jews will not replace us" chant was SO bizarre! It's like, Whaaaaaaaat? Where does THAT come from? Is there some big problem with Jews secretly displacing whites? Like, are they procreating at a greater rate? Is there some data which reflects that Jews are representing an increasing proportion of the American population? Is there any instance of a white supremacist being 'replaced' by a Jew?

It seems like a completely unfounded fear.

Maybe we can get a QAnon Nazi to explain it. Most likely though it was just a catchy chant that they cooked up to make themselves look tough and macho, instead of like a bunch of Incels at a role-playing game.

It is true. It is also difficult to understand why people object to the truth being taught to our young. Would it be better to whitewash history for them? I don't see how that helps reduce racism. That would only preserve it.

So you maintain that if single family zoning were dropped it would help reduce racism? I can't really see how.

Joe Biden had the largest role in writing the crime bills of the 80's and 90's? First time I've heard that.
