As she should be. Imagine if this were a civilian who walked into the wrong house and shot the owner because they thought it was a burglar? The excuses the cop is using would not hold up in court as well without a badge and you know it. Put her in prison, any other person would have met the same fate. Cops should be held to at least the same standards as the rest of us, if not higher standards.

Dallas is a Democrat run city and just this month changed the starting pay from 49k to 61k for LEO's.

This has been a problem.

Dallas is literally thousands of LEO's short since Black Lies Matter assassinated the 5 LEO's 2 years ago.

There is not enough LEO's to even protect Firefighter's there during dangerous calls.

Manslaughter would be like if you were cleaning a gun and it went off and killed someone. The gun firing would need to be unintentional to meet the standard of the manslaughter charge. By knowingly firing the gun, there should be no way to meet that standard.
