No, if you read Thomas’s dissent, it’s moot because, even if Trumps argument prevails, it would not be enough votes to change the results!

WTF happened? Trump stacked the court! Shouldn't they have ruled in favor of Trump? Thomas isn't even one of Trump's Judges.

Almost all Presidential candidates have had no problem showing 10 years of their tax returns. Clinton released her tax returns going back to 1977. Biden has released his tax returns going back 22 years. For some reason, trump is terrified that investigators are going to see something in his tax returns.

Two thirds of the Supreme Court is right wing, and even they cannot find a defense for trump. What does that tell you?
