Your expectations for a POTUS are quite a bit lower than mine, apparently. I expect the POTUS to comport himself as a representative of *all* the people -- and especially as the face of America that the rest of the world sees. I want my country to be admired and for others to seek to emulate us as they have in the past. Right now the face of America is a blustering, lying, bullying and incompetent toad. Yeah, the economy is swell... but so what? There is more to life than that. To put it another way, if you had an obnoxious but successful and wealthy neighbor, would you like him more than your other neighbor who wasn't rich but was a good person?
 
It was a solemn time. The kid's parents both died in a shooting protecting their child. It was a sad time and not a time for a big grin and a thumbs up. It showed how little TRump actually understands or cares about other people.

Yet you can't explain the "reasoning" behind people rioting and burning up cars and property for weeks, starting on Nov. 8, 2016.

That's because there was no "reason" involved -- it is Trump Derangement, pure and simple.

That incoherence renders any of your current complaints completely bogus. The only rationale or reason you possess is "Trump bad" -- "get bad orange man".

You confuse Trumps persona with his economics. They aren't the same. Also as bad as he might offend other countries they know that he will be gone and a new leader will take his place.

Funny you should say that after talking about Obama. From my perspective he fostered distrust of police and supported black causes over what was good for all. So I definitely would never hold him up as a role model.

He has no "economics." He says he's going to do something, then smarter, wiser heads talk him out of it. Or he does it anyways (tariffs) then has to walk it back because of a disastrous side effect. Side effects, btw, that were predicted but he wouldn't listen. Because the stable genius is smarter than all the generals and economists and CEOs and you and me too. :rolleyes:

Waiting for some other leader to take his place is a sorry defense.
