No, I’m saying that conditions exist outside the scope of competent policing need to be addressed that are more productive and less costly that need to be addressed as well. I’m not saying we don’t need police rather I’m saying more police a d more aggressive policing isn’t always the best solution and that sometimes it can make matters worse.

Yes I would agree with that in the main, but then I don't live in a nightmarish dystopia where the normal rules of society have been abandoned.

She's very cute, but completely misguided, as most people from NYC are....You would think that people of Italian decent would be more anti-communist, after seeing what it did to the economy in Italy.
