DEI is still alive

The reality is, that's exactly what they do. They increase racism, sexism, etc., while lowering standards and accepting mediocrity in the name of DEI.

Well, it wouldn't seem like YOUR racism/sexism/bigotism quotient is in any danger. Obviously you believe that only white males can do whatever shit it was you did. Women and non-whites are inferior, in your judgment, and fuck up everything. *eyeroll*

No, I'm all for the best qualified to get a job or position, no bringing gender, sex, race, or other personal characteristics into it that don't impact the job.

I see a lot of people believing that DEI is Dead....but I tend to doubt it. I have heard a couple of people, to include Michael Rectenwald, say that both the Soviets and the Chinese found that front line revolutionary apparatchiks in areas of production and management gummed up the works, so they were removed except for in the military. We were seeing the development of DEI parallel managements running out of HR departments, which given the Soviet and Chinese examples I would expect would go away.

That does not mean that DEI is going away....that the revolution is over.

There is no evidence of disabled pilots flying commercial planes.

No you haven't. I have not seen any evidence of a bad Black pilot flying a commercial plane.

Maybe this one?

Pilots are subject to random drug testing. He would have been busted by someone recognizing the signs or by the testing.

I have over 28 years of experience with commercial flying and over 17 years of military flying. I've never seen a bad pilot since they'd have never made the cut before getting to me. Some pilots are better than others. Most women pilots are very conscientious and meticulous, but rare enough that I've only flown with a dozen or so.

I have full confidence when I get on a plane that the pilots are competent plus no more willing to die in a crash than I am. I'm the anti-Charlie-Kirk. When I've boarded a plane and saw a Black pilot (just once) or a female pilot (three times), instead of wondering if they're shitty DEI hires, I think "Good for you!"

Agreed no pilot wants to die. I always chuckle when a news report states a pilot heroically avoids hitting a school or other building. Well, no shit. That's almost certain death. Better to put it in a field, the ocean or any other flat space.

That is your opinion. DEI does not hire less qualified people.
Agreed. DEI hires saved the day when President Dazed and Confused was just standing there with a dumb look on his face.

Any examples specifically?

Why do you think this was DEI? Just because these weren't cases of white men? You sure white men never make mistakes?
