Actually, this is backwards. Some of the most egregious, fascist, totalitarian crap Joke has been doing has gone completely under the radar. You don't hear much about how he's letting the Alphabet Soup of agencies run amok on draconian, overreaching regulations on virtually everything.
The Joke administration has rescinded as much of what Trump did on regulations as they possibly could. This included rules that streamlined regulations and required cost-benefit analysis. Now, some agency can just make rules pretty much with no oversight.
Joke has made major reductions in requirements for public input and disclosure of new regulations. That makes it possible for some, any, agency to make new rules and regulations that have the force of law behind closed doors and with no oversight.
Probably the worst part of this is that the Joke administration is using "woke" metrics as a large part of new rule making. That is, "Equity," "Fairness," identity politics, racism, and radical environmentalism are the measures being pushed for new regulations. Doesn't matter the cost or wreckage of society. All that matters is the new rules meet radical Leftist standards.
Competitive bidding and innovative thinking have all but stopped in favor of the above. Like it is in say, the old Soviet Union, political correctness trumps doing the right thing at a reasonable cost.
Probably the worst, is the push to try and implement what amounts to political censorship of the opposition and ideas unpopular with the administration. The for the moment defunct Disinformation Governance board is a perfect example of this at the extreme.
The Joke administration is trying its damnedest to turn the federal government into a radical Leftist cabal that is locked into running a narrow-minded dictatorship that can't be voted out of office.
