to be afraid of not having a gun? i already don't. for my whole life. i am not against others having a normal firearm for their home. their choice. we just need to do what we can to mitigate our huge gun death rate....what is so scary about that?

If you decide to sell your gun to the police, that is not confiscation. No force applied. Free choice by a person who figured out a gun makes his home more dangerous.

anybody wanting to sell their weapon(s) of their own free will, go for it. When you tack on 'if you don't, it becomes illegal and you are now a felon' is confiscation. period.

Which is absurd, you never even read them. The article offers nine references to nebulous statements from individuals, most of which make no reference to confiscating guns, and then follows it up with limited newspaper articles and statements collected over years from obscure State officials. Show us an official Biden public policy, introduced legislation, or even Democrat Party Platform that states guns are going to be confiscated

Here is how Democrats feel about guns. Not a single word about confiscation.
