Democrats Falsely Claim Jesus was a Socialist

He asked a lot in return per the Bible and damned be those who cross him. Sounds very conservative to me.

No that wasn't Christ, that was the Old Testament, which was an interpretation of Gods law in barbaric times. If you don't interpret it though the guise of Christ, you really can't get the just of it. The way things were worded, the ideas of handling sin is fucked up, but it was the times. People being stoned was commonplace.

If you believe that Trump is president because of Russian "collusion" you are a conspiracy theorist.

Or you can follow the evidence trail. The election was very close. Russia spent a million a month on hacking, emailing, phishing and facebooking to help Trump. They were not doing it for sport, but to pick the president they wanted. It is easy to see that they could impact a close election like this. No conspiracy at all but logic.

There are many very conservative things in the bible. For example: If you won't work you don't eat... (2 Thess. 3:10). Or 1 Timothy chapter 5 where it is very clear it is your responsibility to care for your own. Shoot, widows are not "put on the list" for aid if they have grandchildren that should care for them.

1 Timothey 5: 8-10
8 Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.

9 No widow may be put on the list of widows unless she is over sixty, has been faithful to her husband, 10 and is well known for her good deeds, such as bringing up children, showing hospitality, washing the feet of the Lord’s people, helping those in trouble and devoting herself to all kinds of good deeds.

yea not like the peaceful Christians with their inquisitions, crusades , slaughtering the native population of Amerika, just to name a few All in the name of their god-man

No. The most amusing claim is that a few Facebook ads changed the outcome. Look at your argument about Hillary getting a million more votes. How is that Russia helping to get Trump elected?

Hillary lost. You don't have to accept that. You have to live with it.

So... you're okay with the American govt. which takes your tax dollars, and uses them to build WMDs and wage war on others -- who haven't attacked us but maybe they look like they might someday? You're okay with your taxes going for corporate welfare? How about a president that fucks over the farming industry with tariffs, then wants to give the farmers $12B of yours, mine, our tax dollars to buy their silence -- and votes?

Your fear of socialism is, frankly, ridiculous. What you should be fearing is the present system.

my reply is about a theoretical discussion of if Jesus would of wanted to implement socialism through government force. I have no idea how your reply relates to my stance in this thread.

Ever notice that liberals don't seem to demand that mosques pay taxes?

All religious institutions should pay their share of taxes, including magic Muslims. They all should pay an additional charlatan tax for taking peoples money on the pretense that they will somehow grant everlasting life in exchange for monetary gain.
All of them , brother. All of them.

Pretty certain it isn't the Olde Testament talking about Jesus ruling with an iron rod, and stomping with the furious wrath of God

Sure...talk about whether THE TEACHINGS OF JESUS are closer to the liberal agenda or to the American conservative agenda...

...and somewhere, someone will quote PAUL...NEVER JESUS...with some stupid tiny piece of shit.

THE TEACHINGS OF JESUS come so much closer to the essence of the progressive agenda...that it makes the agenda of American conservatives seem like those of the anti-Christ.

ANYONE WHO IDENTIFIES AS A CHRISTIAN...who supposedly has respect for the teachings of Jesus...who supports the American conservative agenda...IS A FUCKING HYPOCRITE!

And, I needn't point out (although I will)...eliminate those stinking hypocrites from the American conservative ranks...and they would be able to hold their national convention at a local Elks club.

Just sayin'!

Good morning Frank. Still hating on believers, I see. What's wrong with the Elk's club?

Morning, RB.

Nothing wrong with "believers"...whether they "believe" there is a GOD...or "believe" there are no gods. I would never hate them.

Hypocrites I don't like very much...but even them I try not to hate.

What's wrong with the Elk's club?

Nothing. I was an Elk at one time. BPOE! Best People On Earth!

Yeah and nothing, just making a statement of fact that a lot of people who are Christians don’t realize. There are very few churches that take care of their members the way you describe. There may be some small community churches that do so, but there are quite a few churches that may help for a very short term, but they refer you to government social services. I did my share of this type of service for the Archdiocese of Anchorage.

so you belonged to a church that did nothing.......and you accuse me of not being Christlike.........ditzy lib'rul........

You drive on public roads to get to church, your church received fire and police protection from taxpayers, your water, sewage disposal, and garbage collection are tax payer funded, your food is subsidized by agricultural subsidies, and I have zero doubt that many people in churches use Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security.

Simply put, your church and its members are completely and utterly dependent on the public commons we all pay for through taxes.

simply put, we pay for all those things with our taxes......you don't need us to pay twice through the church.......
