Dems did themselves in!

Sanders stuck us with Trump by running.

He should've stayed the fuck out because he had no chance.

He was to the 2016 election what Ralph Nader was to the 2000 election.

By sticking their never had a chance to begin with noses in something they shouldn't have, they helped hand two elections to the two worst presidents in history.

lol

wassermann shulz colluded with hillary to cheat the other candidates and u think they r the ones that r wrong?

smh

i love watching her try 2 explain y she kept awan on her payroll after she knew he wuz a crook 2

You've just spewed the most outrageous form of convoluted logic I've seen to date.

STOP AND THINK....if Sanders had "no chance", then why did Hillary and company have to cheat? If he had no chance, then why did his very prominent and vocal supporters out number Hillary's?

As to your comparison to Nader in 2000; while Nader had much less of chance than Sanders, it was highly curious as to why the BIPARTISAN committee that orchestrates the debates changed the rules at the 11th hour to freeze him out. Nader would have changed the tone and content of the debate, which would have put both the Shrub and Gore on the spot.

Hillary became the "lesser of two evils" candidate....a hawkish leaning, SOS candidate that would be a shadow of her husband...and she ain't no Slick Willy ( of whom 2nd term I didn't vote for) despite her years of Capitol Hill insider-ship.....which is why she lost the Electoral vote. IMHO, the electoral vote should be eliminated.

But what YOU are suggesting is AGAINST the very nature of America.....denying the American public the RIGHT to organize candidates for government representation.

Should there have been no primary? Just let Hillary have the nomination and go from there?

If Sanders hadn't run in the primaries, we wouldn't have this disgrace in the WH right now because a lot of the negativity that his campaign generated towards Clinton would not have came about.

So you can thank him for giving us President Trump.

I was telling the BernBots it was going to happen all last summer.

To anyone who supported Sanders or voted for some other candidate other than HRC, next time you pass a mirror, stop, look at your reflection and thank yourself for helping give us President Trump.

Sanders could have put what was best for the country ahead of what was best for his political career and chosen not to run.

He knew what the potential was for damaging Clinton's campaign by running against her.

If he wanted to run that badly, he should've ran as an Independent rather than trying to hijack the Democratic Party.

So you think if Sanders hadn't run, Hillary would have magically been more attractive to voters and beat Trump?

Good lawd.....what kind of glasses are you looking at her through? Obviously not the same ones the voters in WI, PA and MI were.....

OMG. The appeal that Bernie had was one thing, he was honest. He was a saint juxtaposed with Crooked H.

Or
He tried to save the donkeys from themselves by running. And sand the dirty tricks that began in Iowa and ran the whole race through, might have beaten her.

Wrong.

If he hadn't run in the primaries a lot of the bullshit that got thrown at Hillary wouldn't have come up and the damage wouldn't have been done.

But of course you'd talk that shit now.

Had Sanders won the primaries, you'd have called him everything but human.

Sanders' socialist ideas would've never gone anywhere. Just like Trump, he ran on false promises and pipe dreams.

There were no dirty tricks.

A few emailed suggestions probably not even meant seriously but nothing unfair was ever actually done to Sanders.

And as the primaries moved west, he got his ass kicked worse and worse.

Totally different situation from Nader. Nader should have known to drop out after he got his message out - he enabled the Iraq War by staying in the race as a 3rd party candidate.

Bernie just ran in the primaries. He moved Hillary more left, which was great, AND he created a passionate new movement on the left. Bernie's crowds were full of people who will likely be the future of the Dem party and shape the direction it goes in - and that's a good thing.

But he supported Hillary when he was done. He didn't take any votes from her. She blew her own campaign.

A lot of Bernie supporters voted for Trump or that other Green Party whatsername gal.

Stein.

That took votes away from her and gave us Trump.

Face it.

The Bernie Progressives hurt Clinton and helped Trump win.

yet reportedly 12% of bernie bros voted trump instead of crooked hillary

Fully 12 percent of people who voted for Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., in the 2016 Democratic presidential primaries voted for President Trump in the general election.

That is according to the data from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study — a massive election survey of around 50,000 people. (For perspective, a run-of-the-mill survey measuring Trump's job approval right now has a sample of 800 to 1,500.)

Look at all the shit thrown at Trump by his 16 opponents. Jeb, like Hillary, thought he was entitled to the nom but voters didn't want him.

Just like the end result in this case.

Sanders is a Socialist but at least he is honest and owns his positions instead of pandering to people with the wind.
