Is it true that most island races, like the Brits, are inclined towards xenophobia and racism ? I suppose that, if it was, then you could pass off such failings as ' the views of most regular people '. Of course, there was no way that the numbers of refugees trapped in Calais could ever ' over-run the country with illegal immigrants at the tax-payers expense '- yet your boss sent attack dogs and razor wire anyway.
