Did HRC destroy the Democrat Party?

Her manipulation of the primary illustrated some real problems within the democratic party that are finally being worked on, and hopefully corrected, the bad parts are smoldering and in ashes ready to be rebuilt into a better system.

I think Rump's election, in the end, will have harmed the Republican party more than HRC's nomination hurt the Democratic party. Kinda like W's two terms basically tore down the Republican party and caused a situation where they had to rebuild from scratch.

That's not the correct question to ask. The question you should be asking is whether or not the Democrats can manage to gain a foothold outside of the small areas they currently enjoy some success in.
