All of these attacks on President Obama and the Congress for trying to ram healthcare down Americans throats...

Yet they could have passed the bill at any time had they chosen to not have full debate and had they chosen not to work on getting a bipartisin bill....

Because aside from his use of a forbidden term, he's right. Obama showed no respect to those who gave him respect, and acted like he was entitled to spout bullshit in response to serious debate.

So once the Republicans suppposedly showed they had no interest in working with the Democrats why didn't they pass a bill?

Because they were taking there time and trying to work together to craft a strong bill that addressed the few legitatmate concerns of the Republicans.

So even though they knew they wouldn't get any Republican votes and they didn't need any Republican votes out of the goodness of their hearts they attempted to alleviate a few of the Republican concerns in the bill which delayed its passage instead of just passing what they had?

I support anyone's right to speak freely, politically correct or not, especially when it is accurate.

The use of the N bomb to describe Obama's behavior in his instance is accurate. It also accurately describes Chia Biden's behavior under most circumstances. That type of behavior has nothing to do with race.

That's inane. This is an outlier of both parties, more openly in one than the other but it isn't something that conservatism centers on, it's silly to suggest it given that it was the "conservatives" that were the first choice for the freed slaves for a century before the Civil Rights Act. I don't like that they are in the party, and even in the party they whisper it. The only open forms of racism I have seen associated with conservatives has been anonymously on the internet, and this is a good thing. It isn't even close to the "soul", more like the dead skin that we're washing off in the shower.

And remember, the latest CNN poll showed that 75% of the nation is against the current bill and want something different. I don't believe that they will have the votes for reconciliation.
