Yes, the UN concurs with the CWC, which classifies Sarin as a Schedule 1 Chemical Weapon, also known as a "Weapon of Mass Destruction," as defined by the Geneva Convention. There is no document or text that states: Hey you fucking pinhead retard, Sarin gas bombs are, in fact, WMD's! That document doesn't exist, maybe we can get John Bolton to write and sponsor it, so that you and your idiot friends will understand what all the mumbo-jumbo in the Geneva Conventions and CWC meant, and stop making such a lame-brain argument?
