Agreed. The problem there is that he doesn't mention Christ's message about "He who is without sin" casting the first stone. White Nationalist Christians are not Christians. They are using religion as a weapon to push an Alt-Right message.

This is proved by the simple fact that they talk the talk of Christianity but do not walk the walk of Christianity. They love to quote the OT and do it a lot more they quote Jesus Christ or the NT.

I posted a bunch of quotes of Charlie Kirk over the years in a thread. All the trumpers are claiming they're bullshit and/or taken out of context. I've asked a couple of them to take any of the quotes and tell me how it's "b.s.", or taken out of context and all I'm getting from the trumptards are dodges and attacks.

trumptards really don't like it when you force them to face their own bullshit!

I told you that you were Cherry picking Kirks comment about Gays. He was demonstrating the danger of quoting a single Bible quote. But you chose to ignore that point. Nor did you ever prove he advocated for stoning gays.

He transformed a generation of voters. Some think he was responsible for Republicans winning al the Senate House and White House in 2024. I'm actually surprised you have not listened to him SOME before now. You don't have to consume the news 24/7 to do that. You are trying to employ a strawman.

I don't consume that much political content. It's bad for my mental health. I stay up to date on current events, but don't consume a lot of opinion stuff.

But the debate is honorable. It's cool for people to disagree and hash it out through verbal routes. Even yelling. I think you may be right in that folks like Charlie often seem more wanting the "debate" than the "resolution of the debate".

To be quite honest I'd much rather live in a society full of Charlie Kirks than a society so overburdened by guns and a lack of mental healthcare that you can't feel safe going to the grocery store.

I don't agree with Charlie that this type of horrific loss of life is an acceptable deal to have the Second Amendment. If anything it shows how we've turned the Second Amendment into a deal with the devil.
