The Republican Party keeps working hard to break the democracy we have


They have not believed in democracy for decades



The republicans scream that government doesn’t work


When they get elected they try to prove it doesn’t work


It’s why they want to deregulate everything


People who want a “small government” are dumb as hell or just want it small enough to drag it down the hall so they can drown it in the bath tub

Michael Moore asks in "Capitalism, A Love Story", where, exactly, it says in the Constitution that we will be a capitalist country?

But evil people can still use it as a murder weapon

But to opperate it efficiently you have to have a clear purpose and a decent heart

Like much of the world, the USA has determined that a hybrid Capitalist / Socialist system is best. Socialism for the things people need and Capitalism for the things people want. Basic logic.

6 corporate bailouts in 35 years as the middle class is depleted proves there is no government of and for the people. Crony capitalism is in direct conflict with democracy.
