Have you even bothered to read the bill? The majority of it is about giving every illegal in the US--well, almost all--a path to citizenship over roughly a 10-year period. In most cases, it would legalize their presence almost immediately. How the hell is that tough on illegal immigration? It sounds like surrender to me.
