I never mentioned anything about the US attacking Canada.

If the US is attacked with nuclear weapons the fallout will affect and may even kill Canadians and Canada may get US refugees like mexicans flowing into the US.

Wouldn't that be something...Americans as illegal immigrants.

Only of a size large enough. The reality is that most people don't realize that while they are effective, they are not super destructive in many circumstances. It isn't like one suitcase nuke in Detroit would bring down the nation of Canada, and the very high likelihood that they wouldn't attack there seems to bring the fear mongering directly to light.

Canadians do not fear a suitcase attack in Detroit for a large part. Shoot, even people in Detroit don't fear this for a large part. Your hypersensitivity notwithstanding.

Actually my Canadian friends worry about being this close to the beast.

Seriously, I've been hearing that from Canadians for a lot of years.

Living next door to the most dangerous nation on the planet can be troubling.

Canuks are too polite by half. My candian relatives are loath to bash the US in front of me, even though I'm sure they think Bush is a complete moron. I bash bush more than them. I can't get them to be mean to bush, even if I provoke them.
