Doge Clock...

Yeah. Those were fun... usually the next day there was a thread from somebody telling us how it reached a new record high.

Remember those threads about gas prices decreasing ... "will you hail ________ (insert name of current POTUS)? One pack of idiots would come out of the woodwork howling that presidents don't control gas prices - and the other pack of idiots would try to "prove" that they do.

But when they increased, people wearing the other teams' jersey blamed whoever was in the Oval Office. Consistently.

You kill them. The price rises, you expect that. How do you think this President would be able to magically produce the chickens you have killed?

Let's say your flock got sick and you had to slaughter 200,000 egg laying chickens and had none producing eggs at this moment. Which government program can magically make some appear so you can sell some eggs?
So Biden was right to order the slaughter?

So Biden was right to order the slaughter?

Did braindead Biden "order the slaughter"?

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has been responsible for ordering the slaughter of chickens in the U.S. to prevent the spread of avian flu. This practice involves culling infected flocks and those in close proximity to prevent further spread of the virus, as part of their disease control measures. However, there's been significant political rhetoric around this issue, with some attributing the decision directly to the Biden administration, while others clarify that this is a standard procedure across administrations to manage outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI). The USDA's involvement in these decisions is based on established protocols to manage and contain outbreaks of the virus, which have been in place for years.

I never once said that presidents have control over commodities or gas prices.

I think it's unwise for any presidential candidate to say he can control those prices and will do it on Day One, no less. There are people who will believe it and vote for the candidate based on that lie.
I didn't say that you said that. I noted that today you're crying about the price of eggs, loudly, and with force... telling everyone how it is somehow Trump's fault, when they know it isn't...

And then I am telling you what is going to happen. And that you will soon be libsplaining to those folks how the law of supply and demand works...

The main difference between you and I would be that I have been explaining how supply and demand works long before Trump announced his first candidacy and the things I say about these things don't change because leftist talking points tell you to cry about eggs, until they go down in price...

If the audit says you don't have a brain, would you agree with it?
I would agree with the fact you just deflected.
Let us assume DOGE came up with in black and white random contracts that totaled, let's say, 100 billion dollars. Would agree that might be something to look at for saving taxpayers money?

So Biden was right to order the slaughter?
lol. Read the next post from me in this thread for the answer to this question. I bet your palms were sweating as you typed this... If he was are you willing to recognize it is why the prices are high and because you are so great willing to stop trying to blame Trump? Yeah. I didn't think so.

She's nothing if not consistently inconsistent.

Weren't there quite a few major fires on poultry farms, too?

Why, yes. Yes, there were.

There have been several major fires on poultry farms in the United States recently. Here are some notable incidents:

  • Illinois, May 2024: A fire at Farina Farms Inc. in Marion County, Illinois, killed over one million chickens, making it one of the largest poultry farm fires in recent years.
  • Connecticut, January 2023: A fire at Hillandale Farms in Bozrah, Connecticut, resulted in the death of an estimated 100,000 hens.
  • Pennsylvania, December 2022: A fire at a Lebanon County poultry farm killed an estimated 250,000 chickens and caused significant property damage.
  • Minnesota and Pennsylvania, 2022: Three large fires involving poultry killed a total of 480,000 birds.

No one is blaming Trump, you idiot. We're calling him out for being a liar.

lol. Except that's not what is typed now, is it? It takes five posts in a conversation to get to that... and then we laugh because only the libs expect the magic. His "followers" are willing to wait for supply to increase to meet the demand. The only people you get upset are yourselves... because his followers are just "so stupid" that they don't understand that a few months isn't "day one"...

Are you dreaming? FTR I rarely eat eggs and only occasionally cook with them so I don't have a dog in this fight. What I'm complaining about is how trump fleeces the gullible with his bombastic claims about doing something on Day One, like lowering egg prices. The only thing I really care about is debunking trump's lies.

Actually, that's what Trump said.

“When I win, I will immediately bring prices down, starting on Day One,” he said at the time.

Day one was a very verbose statement but, Trump has spent his entire time turning over rocks that lead to lower costs be they in taxes or the actual cost of goods. Let him get his cabinet picks in place to evaluate their tasks.

BTW, My fuel prices are down since Jan 6.

As I said... You begin with, "Egg prices are high"... and end with. "I don't really care about it though, I just get mad because those dumb people are willing to wait when he said 'day one'..."

Listen to yourself. It takes 5 posts to get to the point where you suddenly understand and then try to gaslight me into thinking I believe something I don't. If you were looking at me you would see me lifting one eyebrow in bemusement with a Mona Lisa smile... shaking my head.

I think the left should focus on the eggs, I said so a long time ago... Eggs. You should mention them often... because that sh*t's working!

IT IS WHAT HE SAID.

Fuck, you are such a miserable Trump cock sucker constantly defending him and lying about his words and his actions. There is not a single person in this forum who doesn't believe that you're a MAGAt. What's even worse than that is you won't admit it.

Total US contracts total much more than 100 billion dollars.
Let's look at random contracts.
$400 million for Tesla cybertrucks. Hmm.. I wonder why DOGE hasn't mentioned that.
Over $22 billion in contracts for SpaceX. Many of those are unknown as to the amount or reason. When is DOGE going to cut those?

And again... folks are willing to wait for supply to meet the demand even if you get really upset about it, and post in all caps... It will not change the reality.

Again. I really do think you should mention them more often... because I can see exactly how well it is working.
