DOGE finds over a billion-a-week in fraudulent SS payments

You'd think Musk would have made that announcement while waving around a big sheaf of papers and inviting people to see it for themselves. World's richest man Elon Musk made a series of 'baseless and unfounded claims' during his appearance at the Oval Office on Tuesday in Donald Trump's presence, saying that people who are "150-years-old" were collecting social security payments. Musk made the comments while speaking to reporters alongside US President Donald Trump on Tuesday, but did not provide evidence to back the claim.

Are you sad?

If someone "150-years-old" were receiving social security they'd have to have been born in 1875 and have gone on social security in 1940. Is there any such person receiving social security? Now, realistically, the latest someone meeting that criteria would have died is about 1980 at the age of 105. Is there any social security account meeting that criteria? That is, payments started about 1940 and have continued past about 1980.
