DOJ strikes back

Your terribly bad excuses mount up by the day. At this point you can be sure the FBI is investigating who Trump gave these documents to, and who he shared them with. This is going to get a whole lot uglier as weeks go by.
There's no excuses....ultra sophisticated illustrated investigating at it's finest...;) Keep us posted...especially if more pics pop up...

Handjob, your list of excuses began the day of the FBI investigation and hasn't stopped since.

There are no excuses... Interesting nickname...now I understand why you're so impressed with the sophistication exhibited by the FBI...:)

The very fact the search happened means he's done. That's a major step before any indictment.

Someone is very likely to be indicted, but I am not sure if Trump can "hide behind his people". Something like, "I didnt know we held onto those documents, I dont personally go to any storerooms." "My people told me we turned everything over."

Then it will simply be up to if any of his people have evidence that its not true and if they will flip.

A crime was committed, the question is if they can prove Turd was behind it.

I'm pretty sure he was seen on his own surveillance system going through the stuff himself. He's so stupid, he's done. I'm concerned about the doc the FBI has NOT yet found. He's got several properties.. who knows how much exposure this nation has not because of that maniac?

If that is true, and I have seen the rumors, he is done.

Yeah! You really really really got him now!

The walls are closing in! It's the beginning of the end!

This is Stasi bullshit. If they indict Trump, there will be riots much bigger than any BLM shit with a lot less property damage and a whole lot more people damage and most likely Democrats may start dying here and there. That would be enough for people to realize the government is all kinds of fucked up and it's go time!

SmarterThanYou. You think using other members' kids to try to make a point is ok. I asked you not to, I warned you, but you persisted.

I will not be responding to your posts ever again, you fucking low life.

Trump could not, by himself, declassify top secret documents.

18 Former Trump Officials Say His Claim of a "Standing Order" to Declassify Documents is Ludicrous Horseshit

Washington (CNN) In the days since the FBI seized classified and top secret documents from Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort, the former President and his allies have claimed that Trump had a "standing order" to declassify documents he took from the Oval Office to the White House residence.

But 18 former top Trump administration officials tell CNN they never heard any such order issued during their time working for Trump, and that they believe the claim to be patently false.

Several officials laughed at the notion. One senior administration official called it "bullsh*t." Two of Trump's former chiefs of staff went on the record to knock down the claim.

If they can prove that Trump will be found guilty of obstruction of justice. It’s obvious he is guilty, the question is can they prove it without revealing important top-secret information. The interesting thing is that trumps defense Hass to be that he declassified the information, but if he does that the prosecution can then reveal the information because it’s not classified.

he's not guilty.

the president has broad declassification power.

it's not subject to some specific made up process like you twits asserts.

Apparently Trump lied his fat ass off to the FBI about the amount and nature of top secret material he was hording, and about how it was not properly stored and secured.

Correct. Pedo Don lied about he didn't know the material was there because it was packed by the GSA. That's disproved by the fact his passports were mixed with classified material in his desk. That's direct evidence linking him to top secret material in his possession.

Trump's seized passports could be a problem for him, legal experts say
In a court filing Tuesday night, federal prosecutors said the passports were in a desk drawer that also held classified documents and are "relevant evidence."

It is extraordinary how rapidly Trump's fan boys abandoned the "FBI planted the documents!" talking point.
