DOJ strikes back

I mean everyone has some crazy shit in their religion.
and we all admit it's crazy.

a thousand year physical reign of christ on earth.

probably not that either.

drugs are bad, opey.

Ahhh, so that's the problem. You have the prescriptions but won't take them. Got it. No worries, it's a common problem with people such as yourself.

Fredo, do you believe people are inherently good or inherently bad?

I didn't read past that obvious bullshit opinion bias

Well he was a Prosecutor for the state for 14 years. And he is a Rutgers scholar!

Do you think your legal opinions are as good as his?

SORRY BUT- I'm going with what Honig has to say- over your un-experienced opinions!

I hope that don't hurt your little feelings that you seem to carry on your shoulder!

I've met government employees, college graduates, and lawyers that I wouldn't trust to boil water

Do you think your legal opinions are as good as his?
without a fucking doubt

SORRY BUT- I'm going with what Honig has to say- over your un-experienced opinions!
of course you will, fascist supporting stooge

I hope that don't hurt your little feelings that you seem to carry on your shoulder!
I would have to value you and your opinion for it to hurt my feelings, if I had any that is.

ok, Thibault-Lover.
:okjen:

Do you really think most Americans can't see that you skipped the question, Fredo?

Just because you blind yourself doesn't mean you blind the entire world, son. That's crazy thinking. Irrational. Rational is better.

CNN legal analyst Elie Honig argued on Wednesday that the United States Department of Justice had effectively dropped the hammer on former President Donald Trump with its late-night filing detailing efforts to conceal the presence of top-secret documents at Mar-a-Lago.
So the Empire 'Strikes Back'. Meh.
Clearly DOJ had something on their minds, something was bugging them and they used this filing to unload all of that," he said. "The first thing that I think you take out of this filing is that, forget about these questions about whether DOJ acted too rationally, too suddenly when they executed the search warrant. they had no choice... the extent of the timeline and how long they were misled and lied to by Trump's attorneys, how many chances they gave Trump's attorneys to just hand over the documents... by a subpoena. They had to do this search warrant."

"One of the important details is that these documents were found not in the storage room... but in a desk in Donald Trump's office," he said. "I think that's really telling, gives us a sense of where they might go. The other thing is knowledge and intent: We keep talking about prosecutors would have to show Donald Trump knew what was in these documents, had criminal intent. The documents... couldn't be any more clearly marked, yellow and red, all caps, 'Secret,' 'Top Secret.'
Fiction.

If they can prove that Trump will be found guilty of obstruction of justice. It’s obvious he is guilty, the question is can they prove it without revealing important top-secret information. The interesting thing is that trumps defense Hass to be that he declassified the information, but if he does that the prosecution can then reveal the information because it’s not classified.

Circular argument fallacy. Gaslighting Trolling.

Yeah, so is your theory that the FBI, who helped him get elected in 2016 all of the sudden "turncoated" on him and planted "TOP SECRET" docs at his home?

Please tell us all you're smarter than that.

Also, good morning :)

Fiction. Gaslighting. The FBI has no members on the electoral college.
