IMO, they are equally wrong but in differing ways. So, to me, it does not matter enough to decide my vote but I have always argued that such considerations from a libertarian perspective has to give a slight edge to Democrats.
Just a couple more 5-4 decision about unimportant things that don't matter to regular people again demonstrating that it doesn't matter who you vote for for president because they're all the same.
PS: The Court's 5-4 decision this morning to strike down the Defense of Marriage Act, combined with yesterday's decision on voting rights, reveals only one thing: that the meaning of equal opportunity under the Constitution now depends almost entirely on Anthony Kennedy.
