Yes, I would. Between the psychological and medical issues such persons have, they need to go. The suicide rate alone should be sufficient evidence to discharge them.So we will discharge 15,000 service members from a depleted force because your closeted ass can't deal.

Given that there are (in round numbers) 2.1 million persons in US military service, 15,000 represents less than .01% of the military. They are insignificant in number but their 'issues' result in disproportionate spending costs to treat their insanity. In the last 5 years this has amounted to $15 million, to include $11.5 million in psychotherapy and another $3.1 on transition surgery. Those are totally avoidable expenses.
