In Arizona it's true. This is a state where you don't have to prove it was self-defense, the state has to prove it wasn't. People walk around strapped all the time. Open carry is legal for anyone who can own a firearm. Businesses have to post no firearms allowed signs and provide secure storage for those that are armed. That's the law here. No "Go put it in your car" nonsense. They have to take and hold your weapon securely while you shop.
