To bring you up to speed on Contract Law (and I'm glad you weren't in my college Contract Law class because our professor would have reamed your ass out), a contract is not valid if it is for an illegal purpose. That's as close as Contract Law comes to Criminal Law. Or did you know that there was a difference?

You probably didn't know that there are conflicts between the Universal Commercial Code and Contract Law. You probably don't even know the difference between Civil Law and Criminal Law.

Just out of curiosity, (and I'm not necessarily saying there is anything wrong with this, I'm just curious) are you suggesting that in the future a DUI checkpoint can be morally upended by the force of armed rebellion? Any other time I would think such a thing would be ludicrous, but already the BLACK LIVES MATTER cabal has made inroads into armed rebellion. It's a right that can be punished. And a jury verdict that a judge disapproves of can easily be set aside. Judges have the power to quash a verdict that in their opinion didn't follow the law.




If you want to make the point that police officers are human and occasionally make mistakes, you won't get any argument from me. If you want to make the point that there are some bad police officers who often violate the law for reasons of corruption, racism, or just plan assholery, you won't get any argument from me.

If you're suggesting that ALL cops are corrupt based on the actions of the few, I'll wait patiently for you to make the case that because one black man committed a crime, ALL blacks are criminals. I'll wait for you to tell me that because ONE woman got pregnant out of wedlock, ALL women are sluts.

By definition, a computer is a general purpose device that carries out all sorts of operations. Modern computers are small enough to fit into MOBILE DEVICES. A PHONE is a mobile device and if you're capable of posting to this forum from your phone, that portion of your phone is a COMPUTER.

I'm very capable of using a mobile device the same as I use my desktop and laptop computers. In fact, I use them to store pictures that YOUR mother sent to me.

I use my phone to post but on rare occasions. Since my phone allows me to post on the internet, the function of my phone is considered a computer.
