Dump stacking the courts w/racist white men for a lifetime.

dear fucking idiot,

the founders wanted us to put things in they didnt put in

Its called the amendment clause

they wanted us to be able to add to the cconstitution fuckbrains

That's now how you leftwingers have added things. You do it by finding retarded leftwing judges to pretend they saw the words in the Constitution that simply aren't there.

Dumb post. again., The point I made was that people who think they are channeling Jefferson and Franklin are lying. The rightys claim it has to be in the constitution to be ruled on. The left realizes that reality intrudes in such stupidity. Scalia claimed he could figure out the intent of the writers. How dumb is that? Answer real dumb and stunningly arrogant. Obviously you do not know what it means. Look it up. http://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/u-s-constitution-signed

When you can read WHAT the founders wrote and writings on HOW they thought when writing it, it's easy to figure out the intent.

Dumb post. again.,

You don't seem to learn from your past errors, do you? Still think "the Constitution was written around 1775" and has to be interpolated"?

The point I made was that people who think they are channeling Jefferson and Franklin are lying.

You've made no point, at least not intentionally, and the point you are making isn't the one you think.

The rightys claim it has to be in the constitution to be ruled on.

Really?

:rofl2:

If you say so. Wrong again. https://www.politico.com/story/2017/10/30/aba-trump-judicial-nominee-not-qualified-244327 That is 4 so far to high level courts. The rightys pushed them through like crazy in the beginning. It was Bannons plan to stack the courts. Trump knows nothing about judges except Latinos are slanted and cannot judge cases fairly.

nothing from the ABA about competence......instead ""The evaluators found that the people interviewed believed that the nominee's bias and the lens through which he viewed his role as a judge colored his ability to judge fairly."......in short, they didn't like his politics......result?.....confirmed by the Senate on December 12......approved.....
