The question seems fairly simple but the answer isn't:

Actually it is quite simple.... The problem with our wonderful Princeton Economics professor....
1) He never even MENTIONS the fact that corporations can pass the tax on to consumers. Not once. Not even considered in his 'arguments'. His options of either the stockholders or labor paying the tax miss the other two groups (unless he is including the executives in with labor, then he is just missing one)
2) His conclusions that if we eliminate corporate tax that it would become a tax shelter for the rich is a bit absurd as the money will STILL be taxed as it is taken out of the corp. Investors are only willing to keep the money invested if they can get more growth there than elsewhere. Which means money left in the corp is going to be invested in growth of that company, new jobs etc...
3) yes, companies can also just avoid the entire issue of corporate taxes by relocating business to other countries... yet one more reason to eliminate the corporate income tax.
Hilarious.

Was the above your very first complete sentence without a spelling error Jarud?
Yes, that is what happens when you take trash from the NY Times and try to present it as evidence.

Perhaps it was Atlas, shrugging.
Why do liberals hate Tortoises so much?
1) I dont know.
2) I dont care.
3) All I care about regarding spelling is that you get the meaning.
4) When one makes a big deal about my spelling ability I wonder if they are insecure about something within themselves.
You are supposed to be a lawyer, are your legal documents and emails riddled with spelling and grammar errors as well?
Tetonic plates or the Tortoise?
