There are times when ICE can cross the threshold into a home without a warrant. The law is different for immigration purposes when it relates to foreign nationals. This could be handled administratively, not criminally.

On your coffee break, look up curtilage and exigent circumstances, which might allow ICE with an administrative warrant to cross the plane of the threshold, grab the known offender, make the arrest, and in the officer's notes say that the individual was my target and it was right in front of me.

If you were a lawyer you would know that. If you were a serious receptionist, you would be answering the phones.

Citation, when can ICE cross the threshold? I agree if they are in presuit of a felon or there is immediate danger to life. Not simply to arrest am undocumented person.

Right?

Or do you not care one inch about the government taking this right away? An Administrative Warrant is a nothing, its not valid for violating the 4th Amendment.
