Entering your home without a warrant.

It is true that you filthy leftist pricks have violated people's Constitutional rights and I've told you this a thousand fucking times, I don't want to hear whining about rights being violated from someone who's party did the exact same fuckig thing. You either don't want to or aren't capable of understanding that either way I won't be preached to by you. You're feigned outrage is disgusting to me
I am against any government violating anyones Constitutional Rights. You and your ilk imagine it happened, but I've seen ABSOLUTLY 0 examples. I am not a person who believes Biden or Obama were perfect, and I have never supported them raiding anyone's home without a warrant, or to arrest a non-violent suspected offender.

ICE claims the right to enter your home without a warrant.

Historically and very long established caselaw says the only time the GOVERNMENT has that right is if they are in hot pursuit if a dangerous felon.

Do you Trumppers agree with ICE, that they can simply enter homes without a warrant? Is this not the type of shit we quit England over? What about the 4th Amendment?

Are you libertarians upset? @Damocles
The Republicans and libertarians who spent two decades trying to convince everyone they were strict constitutional constructionists were just bullshitting us the whole time.

Citation, when can ICE cross the threshold? I agree if they are in presuit of a felon or there is immediate danger to life. Not simply to arrest am undocumented person.

Right?

Or do you not care one inch about the government taking this right away? An Administrative Warrant is a nothing, its not valid for violating the 4th Amendment.
I don't lnow what presuit of a felon is but,

I gave you what to look up. Now, on your break, do your JOB.

Lying piece of garbage. You cheer that an unarmed woman was murdered in cold blood but weep for a freak that tried to run over a federal agent. This is exactly why I have no regard for you cockroaches.

Crazy Trump is out to shred the constitution, and institute his form of fascism.

You are asking me to prove a negative, its a classical desperate attempt in a debate.

You pretend to be sure I am incorrect, but have nothing to back up that claim, you just tell me to research it. You are going with your feelings, your feelings tell you because you want these ICE agents to be allowed to enter people's homes. You want The PP to be right, because you love him, but those are not excuses for violating the Constitution.

If you want to make a claim, back it up, don't just state what you want to be true... and tell others to prove it for you.

  • Hernandez Castillo v. Bondi (0:2026cv00085)
  • Astudillo Laica v. Bondi (0:2026cv00146)
  • Gavilan Cuate v. Bondi (0:2026cv00161)
  • Murillo Romero v. Bondi (0:2026cv00134)
A list of other such cases in Minnesota that have not been ruled on yet. The allegations about ICE are substantially the same.
I'm interested to see how they rule and what the arguments are. For instance, did they have a Warrant of Removal? (Form I-205).

None of these cases argue entering the home of the people being arrested, 3 of them do not even argue whether there was a warrant and in those 3 cases at least partial habeas for a bond hearing on each. On the first, he was released as he was arrested without a warrant, but not because they entered his home without a warrant.

Your examples suck.

I gave you the legal terms needed to refute your incorrect claim.
You ran away.
I Googled it for you and gave you the link.
You ran away.
One more time,

I am here... You gave me your feelings and said I should research them. I find nothing to discredit my claims.

Are you arguing a form I-205 authorizes the Federal Government to enter a home uninvited?

I am telling you that none of the examples you gave argued that they entered the home uninvited. Only one of them actually argued that there was no warrant for arrest and he was set free.

I am interested to find out what their arguments are, but so far what you've provided do not argue anything about entering homes without warrants. I do not know if they have, based on the filed suits that you provided there is no evidence that they have entered a single house without a warrant as they do not even mention that.
