It doesn't show in the quoted html against the standard white background I use. It's all good. :)

Not sure, but that may be why you can't see the code. Although I've tried all of them, the standard editor worked out best for me.

Regardless, if you highlight all of a person's post, regardless of text and background color, all text is visible. Check it out:
