What does she advocate doing instead? I also finally found something about her stance on gun control. It shows a remarkable, for an Army vet, ignorance about firearms and current law. Just as much ignorance and wishful thinking as the usual Democrat. I was not impressed.

Since when does skin color mean qualified? Apparently you believe someone getting something because they're black means they earned it. That's why he was nothing more than another unqualified black in a government job that got it based on things totally unrelated to doing the job.

Kitchen knives have a useful purpose but are sometimes used to kill - unlike guns, which have no other purpose and make mass-murder possible. We had the sense to get rid of guns pretty completely, so our murder rate was way below yours. At the moment, because the tories are more interested in destroying the economy than in policing the country, quite young kids are carrying knives, because they are scared and bullied. Only sick babies wan to show off with bang-bangs like cowboys, as the world knows. If the NRA guff meant anything at all you'd have got rid of the Fatman long since, surely?
