Ex green beret shot dead by 4 yr old son

extensive training? is that how 6 people in NYC got injured by two cops shooting a shotgun wielding suspect? or how LAPD shot up a truck carrying two women delivering newspapers because they thought is was Dorner? that extensive training?

Of course no amount of training will guarantee police won't accidentally injure any civilian casualties while making the kind of split second decisions STY just loves to second-guess, but that doesn't matter to STY.

to STY.

Remember, STY was kicked out of the Marines with a BCD for failing to obey an order. He has no credibility whatsoever.

only a stupefied moron would believe that failure to obey an order nets a BCD. I question your military service, knowledge, and credibility.

let's expose your hypocrisy, shall we?

we supposedly train police 'extensively' in order to help them avoid accidents and casualties, yet grant them greater leeway if their actions cause injuries to innocent civilians, yet go to great lengths to vilify civilians and incarcerate them for those very same actions, sometimes even if they don't hurt other people, so answer us this. why do we actually train them?

My job in the military was administrative seperations, so my knowledge far exceeds most people's.

What's your reenlistment code? It should be on copy 4 (the official copy) of your DD Form 214.

The problem with this assumption is that it's wrong.

irrelevant. I know what my code is and I know what my discharge is. It was not a BCD, but thanks for playing.

Negligent homicides like this one are probably just in the hundreds, whereas intentional gun murder by whites Is in the thousands!

how many stories would you like posted to prove that it happens?

If it happens, great! I keep reading about "accidents" - kid shooting another kid, father shooting his son while putting a gun away in the truck, etc - where the gun-owner isn't jailed. If it is happening in other cases - if owners have to face the consequences of carelessness - GREAT! glad to hear it.

then I go back to my question, why do we not do this for cops when they do the very same things even though they have 'extensive' training??????

I've said all along if a child is injured in a gun accident the owner of the gun should face at least 10-20 years in prison.
