What makes Cruz an extremist exactly? The main thing that he is fighting for is having the country follow the constitution. How is he more extreme than someone like Bernie Sanders that wants to fundamentally change the country towards socialism and openly calls what he is doing a revolution? Clinton is pretty much calling for many of the same things as well.

He is selective about the Constitution, his stance on Islamic immigration for example completely ignores the 1st Amendment.

His position on anchor babies completely ignores the Constitution.

He does not actually understand wholesale parts of the Constitution.

How exactly is he ignoring the constitution? Also how is what Bernie Sanders wants the federal government to do constitutional?
