I think that's a bit of an oversimplification, pushed mostly by women who have little or no understanding of men, and who try to push the "women as victims of male discrimination" agenda.

Anyone who understands men, knows that virtually everything we do is about sex on some level or another.

The pursuit of fame, wealth and success, at its very core, is motivated by the desire to attract women and get laid.

As with most things, it's probably a combination of factors most of the time.

That's not to say that your assertion isn't true in some cases.
