Fascist…

You need to get it through your head that ICES is out of control and now think they can murder citizens.
This is against everything our Republic stands for.
They did not murder anyone it was a justifiable homicide. I wish it had not happened but you can't resist arrest and hit a LEO with a dangerous weapon.

Will you reluctantly admit two of those shots were in the side window as she was driving AWAY?
Only if you "reluctantly admit" that leaving someone armed after they aimed a weapon at you and tried to kill you is leaving others in danger. In that "split second" what did the Agent believe? Can you be sure he didn't think she may ram others with the vehicle, after she had already demonstrated a wish, ability, willingness, and motivation to hit someone with the car?

I don't "reluctantly admit" that he shot at the vehicle as it passed, I count three shots one as the vehicle hit him, two as it passed... I simply disagree with what you say he was thinking when he fired the shots.

I have predicted that this will be called justified. I reluctantly continue to predict that.

She was being smug. She quickly change when she tried to run from being arrested.
Smug is not a crime. Folks can be smug, they can even be rude and dismissive of cops without breaking the law. The issue is she drove a car at a law enforcement officer, not how smug she felt when she was annoying them.

Even if that happened, he had the gun in his hand ready to do something... why was he threatening her with the gun anyway? She wasn't armed, she wasn't a criminal, is it normal for cops to pull their guns for a traffic violation?
He brought the gun up as she shifted the car. He had a camera in his hand, not a gun. At the point she chose to ignore the lawful order and to put the car in gear, that is the point he grabbed his gun. Phone in left hand, gun in right...

And repeatedly creates the same post that he/she/alphabet has previously done multiple times that same week.
Looks like I touched a nerve

That is crazy thinking how would he know she wouldn't finish the job and stop on top of him. He is only OK because he took evasive action to minimize the impact.
She couldn’t have stopped on top of him, because he was never under her car, idiot!

What evasive action did he take?
