FBI offers implausible excuse for not overseeing Biden document search

So the reason that the FBI did not raid Biden's house is that they did not need to. Biden's attorney handed them over almost immediately upon being discovered.

How did Biden lie? What lie did he tell? Did he claim "the FBI planed them"? No. Did he claim they were his because he declassified them? No.

Biden did not know they were there. They had been sitting there for years. Can you understand something so simple and clear and how different the circumstances are?

Doesn't matter. He had classified documents in his possession in a place they shouldn't have been. If you or I did that we'd be charged and headed to prison. It's that simple. Being rich and powerful is no excuse.

It matters hugely. Trump was actually doing something with them, and it cannot be innocent. Biden had no plans to sell them or give them to someone. When found, they were immediately returned. Your self-delusion is extreme. There is no way to believe these are the same thing unless you desperately want to. Apparently, you do.

Intent isn't part of the law regarding classified documents. I remember years ago a junior sailor taking a reactor plant manual (RPM) home to study so he could qualify for watchstanding on the ship. RPM's are classified, and he was caught with it off the ship. He was court martialed for that. His intentions were benign, he didn't plan on showing it to anyone, but he still was criminally charged for having it where he shouldn't have.

There's ZERO difference in Biden's case.

still be there if his attorneys hadn't turned them over. And the only reason they did is because Trump had documents.

Biden made a search of everywhere secret documents could be, and returned them immediately. trump hid secret documents in random places, leaving the FBI to try to find them. It is obvious why the FBI has to search for trump, but not Biden... AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FBI!!!

It is always a bad sign when someone has multiple stories for why they are innocent. trump claims the FBI planted all the evidence, AND he had every right to take the evidence with him when he did.

Whether he had them for 6 days or six years he turned them over as soon as they were found. He didn't "claim they were his" or that "the FBI planted the docs", like the Mango cocksucker you worship.
