There you go again, pretending they are the same weight. You should be ashamed for that. Trump deliberately stole a truckload of classified and super secret documents for likely nefarious purposes. He lied to the FBI and NARA trying to keep them even after we found out he had them. He surely has a few stashed.
Biden had some sitting around for years and gave them back when they were found.

Biden did not have the authority to declassify these documents fo many years so why did he have them?

it was misplacement, not theft like Trump was doing. Illegal usurps the fact that it is regulatory instead of criminal. Trump can be criminally charged if they decide to.

It was theft and possibly trying to hide his crimes of using his office for personal gain for him and his family. Who knows what secrets Biden gave to Ukraine and China. Look how Biden is doing everything to keep Ukraine on his good graces

Because he turned anything his lawyers found over immediately. Trump kept his truckload for over 8 months and fought and lied to keep them. Are you saying you are unable to see the differences?

I don't know. But if he intended to do anything malicious with them then why did he return them without being asked? twump on the other hand lied and said he did return them. He had his lawyers sign an afadafit to that effect. He also claimed "the FBI planted them". All the lies are coming from your side.

Of course, it does. There are different levels of classification. Some are extremely high. Trump stole a lot of those too. We overclassify. Many things are classified that should not be, but those in charge are not hit for overclassifying, They are hit for not classifying something that later bites them in the ass.

So normal conspiracies are not good enough for you, so you make your own. Your claim. What possible gain does he get by having documents sit around for years? Biden is not doing everything. Ukraine has asked for weapons and planes that we have refused. You are way, way out in right field.
The FBI does not have to go to Bidens because he is returning every document that they find. He is not trying to steal or conceal.
