It is a joint congress count. It is overseen by the VP. Johnson will just be in attendance.It is a certification of the Electoral College votes. The votes are certified by every state before being sent to the capitol.

Let's unpack.

1. US Intelligence agencies are the core of the Deep State and need to be reeled-in and overhauled. Currently, they get to decide what they report to Congress, they get to mask their budget requests and they don't even have to answer to their boss, i.e. the President. US Intelligence agencies are sovereign within the US.

2. If you were to pretend to be honest for a moment, and explain what you mean with your innuendo, ... what do you intend to imply with the clause "siding with Putin instead"? This appears, on its face, to be an erroneous and extraneous clause.

The next time Trump blasts the press at one of his rallies, they should pack up their cameras and go home. Trump puts the news people in danger when he does that. Trump needs them. He is playing with their safety. He is getting free publicity which he desperately needs.
