NY Penal codes cannot be tried in Federal Court, they have no jurisdiction over Stare Crimes,

New York Penal Law § 175.10 Is a State Crime.

A felony does not have to be a federal issue. Most felony crimes are against State laws, and processed by State courts.
IF a State Court judge breaks the law, as this judge did, THEN it becomes a federal issue.

So? What the prosecutor and the judge did is a FEDERAL CRIME, and Trump can bring civil and criminal charges in New York for violating New York law as well as federal law.

Trump is doing just that, and he should.
