“A fencer is not permitted to refuse to fence another properly entered fencer for any reason," USA Fencing said in a statement released to The Associated Press. “Under these rules, such a refusal results in disqualification and the corresponding sanctions. This policy exists to maintain fair competition standards and preserve the sport’s integrity.”

“We understand that the conversation on equity and inclusion pertaining to transgender participation in sport is evolving," the statement said. "USA Fencing will always err on the side of inclusion, and we’re committed to amending the policy as more relevant evidence-based research emerges, or as policy changes take effect in the wider Olympic & Paralympic movement."

Evolving? WTF! Obama allowed men in women's bathrooms and locker rooms, now USA Fencing wants men in their women's sport.

I gave up on sports but you are right.....that they are so important is why sports must be destroyed....the New Slavers need us to be demoralized.
 
I dont know that this is right but I have been told that the Olympic Movement was an early target of the WEF globalists, which seems a bit odd given that the Olympics have always served to celebrate nations and the globalists are working hard to remove all meaningful sovereignty from nations, under their scheme nations only decide the trivial....the global manchurian class bureaucrats will decide all matters of importance.

I however do think that the claim is likely right....I have been hearing about the deep corruption of the olympics for several decades.

Actually, this girl will be stronger than ever after this decision...The fencing association accomplished nothing but receiving a ton of bad publicity... and her opponent, even less...

People like Bret and Heather say that by standing up they lost most of their friends (and in many cases like Bret and Heather their jobs), but they say that they gained a way better class of friends. Most of them say that they dont regret it. But man o man that is a lot to ask of a teenager who loves a sport.
