Community colleges would usually take anyone who wants to go. That is the whole point of community college. If the test decided whether you needed remedial classes, it was not an entrance exam. You were going to enter whatever score you got. It was a placement exam meant to place you in the best level to educate you.

I've been working in my field for over 30 years. It's a business that has its pulse on the economy. When things are good we know it. When bad we know it. I can assure you that things under Obama were bad. At times very bad. Trumps first year was ok and then boom till the brakes got put on by covid. Obviously not Obama's fault or Trumps fault.
Most of what Obama did is known to hurt economies. He even said manufacturing was gone with no magic wand to bring it back. Conversely trump's actions are known to spark economic growth. Obama cannot be responsible for any economic growth or any manufacturing returning to our country.
