FYI the President has a decent amount of control over prices (via national energy policies).
There's a reason why, (making reference to WI gas prices), gas never even reached $3/gal during the ENTIRETY OF Trump's term, yet gas has never once come back down to even the highest of prices during Trump's term during the ENTIRETY OF Biden's term... Hmmmmm, what changed?? Oh, that's right, national energy policy... Biden isn't allowing any new drilling to occur (see his Day 1 executive order). Trump's national energy policy was friendly towards carbon based fuels... Biden's national energy policy is attacking them, favoring the wind/solar climate farce agenda instead... It is completely screwing over the working class.
Highest gas price under Trump: ~$2.70-$2.80/gallon for a very brief period of time. Liberals were then blaming Trump for "very high gas prices".
Highest gas price under Biden: ~$4.20/gallon, and around $4/gallon most of last summer. Liberals were then claiming that Presidents "don't have control over gas prices", while simultaneously blaming another President (Putin) for the very high gas prices. Good ol' "Liberal logic" for ya...
Current gas price under Biden: $3.59/gallon, and rising. Will likely break last summer's record high prices sometime this summer...
Average gas price under Trump (excluding COVID period): ~$2.00 - $2.20/gallon.
Average gas price under Biden (excluding the immediate inheritance of Trump prices): ~$3.60/gallon.

There was no election in 2020. Pence was never threatened. The DC Capitol (spelled with an o) was never invaded, and there is even video footage showing that police not only let people past numerous barriers, but also directly escorted them into the Capitol building. The "Shaman" person was directly escorted by police, and there was friendly interaction between him and police while he was inside of the Capitol building. It's all ON TAPE, dude...
AND, there is A LOT more footage from that day that is STILL being hidden from We The People, of which speaker McCarthy promised to release to us, but has never done so to date...
