If someone sees something then they have personal knowledge that they saw it so it can't be hearsay. If I saw someone robbing a bank, my testimony would not be hearsay. If I saw someone having sex then my testimony would not be hearsay.

As to Gaetz, sex with a minor is not a federal crime. The investigation by the House appears to have found evidence of Gaetz having sex with a minor since 2 people testified under oath to that having occurred. Are you OK with Gaetz having sex with underage girls since there is no federal law against it but only state laws?

How many times do you have to be told before this sinks into your head? Are you ears so blocked with shit you can't hear? Sex with an underage minor is not a federal crime unless the minor is taken across state lines. The Feds didn't investigate if Gaetz had underage sex in Florida since it isn't a federal crime. Pull your head out of your ass and clean out your ears.
