The nation that has spent so much time telling us that bombing in areas with civilians is bad and attempts to restore stability anywhere where Muslims live is an impossibility, is both bombing civilians and attempting to bring stability to a place containing Muslims...

France yesterday defended recent fighter jet raids on towns bordering Sudan's Darfur region by claiming the aggressive action was aimed at preventing regional chaos.

In the past two weeks, with minimal publicity, Mirage F1 jets have attacked and scattered a rebellion in north-eastern Central African Republic (CAR). But reports from the ground say the operation has had a devastating impact on civilians.

A French Defence Ministry spokesman said the action - which included regular Mirage sorties in neighbouring Chad where tens of thousands of refugees from Darfur are living - was in line with international calls to stabilise the region.

Well, the plan to kill as many refugees from Darfur as possible to "stabilize" the region is pure Genius! Those dirty Darfur people, if they didn't exist there wouldn't be any problems!

who is killing who in Dafur??? I was under the impression that it was a religious war...Muslims killing off Christians...black on black...have I missed something here???
 
Hence the refugees would be Christians who escaped from Darfur... to a more "safe" Chad, then were bombed by France...

So... Thank god for the French, who tell us that bombing anywhere around civilians is bad,... They only bomb dirty Darfur refugees to "stabilize" places, not civilians...

The violence in darfur is primarily racial. Muslim arabs killling muslim blacks.

He's right... It was the Sudanese Civil War that was Muslims against Christians. Almost everybody who lives in Darfur is Muslim. Either way, refugees are getting killed, and it isn't by Americans...

however y'all just made my point...albeit you said " Arab(Black) Muslims killing Blacks"

but left out the 'Christian part'...kinda sorta akin to the Bosnia war...where Muslims are blowing up Christian churches...you would say Arabs infiltrated and are attacking the perverted Serbs or whatever!!!!

Dafur is mostly Muslim...albeit they are killing the small population of Black Christians off...thus it is classified as genocide...thus a religious war...now please tell me and others which muslim belief is practiced in Dafur Sunni or Shiite??? as if it really matters!

I was just frustrated by the constant foolishness, and ignorance of BB and gaffer. This board needs some informed and intelligent Cons, and you certainly are the standard-bearer for intelligent Cons.
