I've never said Americans should fight for Ukraine. I've only ever said we should give them the tools to defend themselves.

They should decide that by themselves. And finance their own war. Pretty fucking simple.

Obama gave Putin one part of Ukraine, Biden is trying to give him another......you seem a bit fucked up when it comes to current events....perhaps you should look for a cooking board to post at....,.
 
Has the French government or NATO performed an environmental impact study on those old fighters?
 
Who is going to fly them? As was expected on my grapevine and proven with the f-16 those trained on Soviet/Russian planes cant be retrained to fly Western planes....they are too different and their brains are too wired....one of their best pilots they retrained on the f-16 on one of his first missions ran his plane into the ground because he still had his MIG instincts.

And Western pilots are not willing to do it, they know that they wont live very long in the face of Russian air defenses.
 
I should mention that the boss of the Ukraine Air Force was fired after it became clear that retraining Ukraine pilots on the f-16 is not going to work.
