trump got less than 50% of the popular vote, because most Americans voted against trump. Not all those who voted against trump voted for Harris, so trump was able to get more votes than Harris.
None of this is a lie. Stone may not like the truth, but it remains the truth.
trump is very popular among a minority, but is very unpopular among a majority. Many of those who trump is unpopular with prefer him to Harris, but they do not like him much either.

Then the question is how effective the Mirage 2000 would be against Russian weapons. The Russians are hiding their MiG's far back from the line, so a lot of these fighters are being used as forward observers.

Marginally. First, the Russian Air Force isn't operating in strength over Ukraine, but instead mostly using stand-off weapons in hit-and-run attacks from adjoining Russian territory. Thus, the Mirage, an almost totally visual engagement fighter with short range is ill-suited to engage those aircraft. What you need is a BVR capacity that the F-16 has and the Mirage really doesn't. The main missile for the Mirage is the R. 550 Magic II, a French system similar to Sidewinder. Otherwise, it uses cannon armament. Both are suited for short-range engagements.
As a ground attack plane, given the limited ordinance loadouts and types it can use, it really isn't worth employing it this way except in a pinch. Again, the F-16 is better where it can be equipped with a pod for guiding a large selection of PGM's and other guided ordinance into pinpoint strikes that the Mirage really can't do.
