Because a lot of Eastern European males we are really big boned, broad shoulders, broad wrists, and have a lot of muscle mass.


In Western European males, you are mostly either small boned, and weak & fragile, or really fcking fat.

Those body builders are nearly anorexic when they show on stage.
Something like 3%-5% body fat.

Average bodyfat is 15 - 25%
